What We Expect
This isn’t just about cleaning — it’s about making every guest arrival feel like a fresh first impression.
We believe in showing up with care. We believe in doing what we say we’ll do.
And we believe that with the right people, great things happen — one clean at a time.
We expect every property to look like it’s just been staged for a photo shoot — because that’s the level our guests notice, and remember. Here’s what that looks like in practice:
🫧 Every property should feel fresh as the first day we walked into it!
• Always open windows on arrival and close them on departure
• Ventilate properly — it’s essential to avoid any build-up of odours
• Exhaustion fans must be turned on before you leave
• The space should smell incredible, not just clean
🧽 It’s not about time. It’s about results.
We don’t count minutes. We focus on outcomes. Whether a clean takes 20 minutes or two hours — what matters is that it’s done to standard, every time. That’s what keeps complaints away, trust intact and our businesses running.

📷 Think “photo shoot ready”
• Straighten soft furnishings and stage towels
• Replace any missing hangers or linen as needed
• Check bedside lamps are working & positioned well
• Make sure the home smells fresh — open windows on arrival, close on departure
• Turn on extractor fans before leaving the property. Not mopping is a crime!
