Over the years, we’ve developed a method that allows properties to be cleaned thoroughly and consistently, even when time is short. It’s not about rushing — it’s about knowing what to do, and in what order, so you never waste a second or miss a detail.

Reporting &
Responsibility
If it’s broken, report it. Or fix it.
If anything is missing, damaged, or needs restocking — let us know with as much detail as possible.
What’s broken? Where is it? Is it urgent? Take lots of pic/vids.
The more information you provide, the faster we can act.
Always record entrance and departure videos to protect your work. We’re building a system that works — and it starts with you.
Egyptian Linen &
Inventory Care
Small routines, big difference.
Replace all used linen. Always check irons, hair dryers, hoovers and clothes airers are in place. Mark toilet rolls. Don't ever miss, Microwaves, Fridges, Toasters, Kettles and Shower Traps. They must always look new!
Refill everything in the bathroom, top up the rest under the sink in the kitchen... check the tea, coffee, salt and pepper, and you are ready to go!

Spotless Finishes
We don’t leave “clean enough.”
We expect polished taps, descaled showers, spotless ovens, and smudge-free mirrors.
We wipe light switches, clean remote controls, and check doors for fingerprints — including the front door, entry shelf, and even the lift button if we notice it.
If something’s visibly off, we handle it. Quietly, and without needing to be told.
Staging That Feels Natural
It’s not just tidying — it’s presenting. Beds are fluffed, pillows smell incredible, and every room has the right mood.
We place one soft and one firm pillow per guest.
We check the 3volution diffuser is active — never empty.
The final check? Would we be proud to walk in here as a guest?
Beds, towels, throws and toiletries are all placed with intention. It’s part of the Guesture touch.
Stock & Amenity Top-Ups
Guests should never find a half-full bottle.
Body wash, hand soap, toilet roll, and shower gel must be fully replenished. In the kitchen, make sure there is:
• Washing-up liquid
• Dishwasher tablets
• A clean scourer
• Multipurpose spray
• 2 fresh tea towels
• Bin liners in all bins
It’s a small effort that makes a big impact — and reflects how much we care.
